if you encounter unclear printing content during the printing process, the most common reasons can be summarized as follows:

1. consumables matching problem

2. temperature setting

depending on the consumables, when printing labels, whether the printing depth (density) used is too low, resulting in unclear printed content. the specific operations are as follows:

in the label editing software, click, then click the "properties" button.

3. clean the print head or rubber roller

       please use denatured alcohol to clean the print head and rubber roller. if the printing effect still does not improve significantly, it may be caused by hardware problems such as the print head and rubber roller.

note: to clean the print head and rubber roller, please turn off the printer power first.

4. printer hardware failure

      if the above methods cannot solve the problem, it may be caused by the following reasons:

      1. if the printed content is partially unclear, it may be caused by incorrect position of the print head, imbalance of pressure at both ends of the print head, or wear of the rubber roller.

      2. there is a problem with the power adapter. the printer does not use the original power supply of posted or the voltage value output by the power adapter is unstable. you can use a digital multimeter to measure whether the voltage value of the power adapter is stable.
