1: Printer initialization operation mode

step 1: log in to the boside official website (www.postek.com.cn），click "support and service" on the homepage, then enter the "download center", and in "tool software", download Utility3.0 tool setup software.

note: Utility3.0 the tool only supports USB data line communication

step 2: download the Utility3.0 the tool software is installed on a personal computer.

step 3: connect the printer USB after powering on the data cable and power cable, the three lights of the printer will light up normally.

step 4: use the mouse to open the installed Utility3.0， as shown in the picture:

step 5: pass at this time Utility3.0 check the printer USB whether the port is recognized, as shown in the figure:

step 6: the printer port is recognized normally. click the "advanced reset" operation on the lower right. at this time, the printer's " Media” and" Ribbon” the light will flash continuously, and the printer can be restarted after five seconds. as shown in the picture:

step 7: manually reset the printer through the three buttons. the operation method is as follows:

1．in standby mode, press Cancel key (cancel key) and hold for 4 seconds, 3 LED the indicator lights will flash simultaneously;

2．immediately release and press again CANCEL key (cancel key);

3．3indivual LED after the indicator light stops flashing and returns to normal state, the reset is completed.

step 8: restart the printer, and the printer will be restored to factory settings.
